Lizzy McAlpine is returning to AFAS Live in Amsterdam! With The Over Country Tour, the American singer-songwriter returns to the venue where she played a sold-out show in 2024.
The tour celebrates her new album Angel. On her fourth album, McAlpine expands her signature indie-folk sound with influences ranging from 1970s Laurel Canyon folk to contemporary indie. Her personal songwriting remains at the heart of the album, with songs exploring love, heartbreak, friendship and finding your way back to yourself.
McAlpine broke through internationally with the album five seconds flat and the huge hit ‘Ceilings’, before further building on her global success with Older. Live, she brings her music to life with an extensive band of accomplished musicians. On 26 March, hear new songs from Angel alongside fan favourites such as ‘Ceilings’ at AFAS Live.
