TRIXIE WHITLEY

The multi-talented Trixie Whitley is haunting and raw live. She was born in Ghent, but grew up in New York music studios. To say that art and music were instilled in her is a gigantic understatement. Since the age of three, Trixie has been on a stage, as a musician, singer, dancer and DJ. She has worked with big names such as Daniel Lanois (with whom she also played in the band Black Dub), Robert Plant, Marianne Faithfull and Wim Vandekeybus. Trixie Whitley constantly challenges herself, but never loses sight of her purity as an artist.
