In the Schilderswijk in The Hague, Mula B hatched his first achievement 'D&G' in 2016, a mixtape that immediately achieved cult status. With his unique combination of hip-hop beats driven by loud electronics, innovative flows and language, he introduced the trap genre in the Netherlands. He founded the label and occasional collective Wilde Westen, diligently wrote more songs and thus started his famous career.
The success of multi-platinum hits such as 'Bandolero', 'Fully Fendi' and 'Faktap Broeder' is obvious: Mula B has undergone an impressive development as an artist since putting together that first release. He collaborated with S10, Frenna, Boef and Bizzey, among others, constantly smashes Spotify records and continues to grow musically. 'Narcopop' has been out since December 2023 and is an account of the wilderness of rough street life. And that life is dark and colorful at the same time, as you can notice by the many genres that the Hague rapper plays with: from trap to techno, from hip hop to jazz, rock and pop.
