Chyvon Pala, better known by his stage name Chivv, is a former member of the rap group SBMG, known for hits such as “Oeh Na Na,” “4x Duurder,” and “LIT.” With SBMG, Chivv achieved more than 400 million streams on Spotify, crowned by a number one album (Metro 53) in June 2018. At the beginning of 2019, the SBMG era came to an end, and Chivv pursued a solo career.
In recent years, Chivv has repeatedly proven to be a guarantee for success. In February 2019, he achieved his first solo number-one hit with the song “Ewa Ewa.” The track reached gold status within 10 days and remained at number one for 16 weeks.
In September 2019, Chivv released his first solo album titled “2 Borden, 1 Tafel.” It stormed into the Album Top 100 Charts at number one and remained in the chart for 29 weeks. Following the success of his first solo album, the rapper decided to release his second solo album under the name “Un4gettable Nights,” a reference to his own label “Un4gettable Music,” which he has independently managed since 2020. This album also debuted at number one. By the end of 2021, Chivv reached the milestone of 1.44 billion Spotify streams.
From 2022 through 2025, Chivv continued to release a string of hits such as “Deim van je,” “Henny op een Maandag,” “Come Online,” “Ome Duo,” and many more. In short, Chivv has become an indispensable name in the Dutch urban scene.
